Accurately finish different size holes. Set includes a 2” boring head and a nine piece, carbide tipped boring bar set. Select the right size shank for your machine. MT3 millheads require shank number 47-720, sold separately. R-8 millheads require shank 47-725, sold separately.

Fine-finish holes in hard metals. This 9-piece set with 1/2” shanks, fits head 47-705. This set comes with 3 boring bars that bore holes with a minimum diameter of 3/8" and overall lenths of 2-1/4", 2-1/2" and 3". 3 Boring bars that bore holes with a minimum diameter of 1/2" with overall lengths of 2-1/2", 3" and 3-1/2". 3 boring bars that bore holes with a minimum diameter of 5/8" and overall lengths of 2-1/2", 3-1/2" and 4".

Forget the drill, you can bore a small accurate hole with this boring bar. The 1/2” change narrows to 1/4” and the overall length is 4”. Includes wrench but no, insert. For complete kit with insert, order K99-115.

Gives holes a fine finish. Radially adjustable head cuts holes ½”-4”.2-7/16” long with 1/2” tool-holding hole. 7/8”-20 shank hole. Select right shank for your machine.

This boring bar holder is a Smithy exclusive. Mount the shank side in your Smithy's compound angle toolpost and clamp it down. Holder will accept 1/2"boring bars. Remove the inner sleeve and the holder will accept 5/8" boring bars.
