Dial indicators are essential for accurate machining. Use this dial indicator with 0.001" graduations to position or align workpieces before machining. Equipped with rotating face (bezel), bezel lock, and clamp to easily attach to Smithy's magnetic base, 20-000.

Read inside, outside and depth measurements easily. This easy-to-read digital display converts inch readings to metric and back with a touch of a button. Its stainless steel calipers give you inside, outside, and depth readings to 6" in a highly visible LCD display. Reset button allows for resetting to zero point from any location on the slide bar.

Four adjustable hole gauges are used for measuring the exact inside hole diameter from 0.125" to 0.5". Accurate within 0.001" with self-locking handle for 0" deviation. Stainless steel construction for long life. 3-5/8" x 4-1/2" barrel length 7/8" to 1-1/2".

This 6 piece telescoping gauge measures inside diameters from 5/16" to 6" quickly and easily. Simply insert the gauge into the hole and turn the knob. The plungers expand from the middle until they touch the sides. Measurements are then made with a micrometer or caliper.

A handy tool for setting thread-cutting tools and measuring tools. Align the 60° point, or one of the three 60° notches, to your tool bit to assure correct cutting angle and accuracy. This gauge also has etched graduations in 14ths, 20ths, 24ths and 32nds for determining number of threads per inch.

This magnetic base accepts Smithy's dial indicator 19-000. Convenient magnetic on/off switch allows you to position the base where you want and then secure it in place. V-groove easily mounts on cylindrical pieces.

This set consists of a steel rule, a square head, a center, and a protractor head. You will need them all for general measurements or initial layout. The 12-inch steel rule is calibrated to a 32nd of an inch and mm. The square head will measure 60° to 45° angles, or lines parallel to an edge. The protractor head measures to 1° accuracy. Both the square and protractor heads are equipped with bubble levels. The center head is used for locating the center of any round workpiece.

This 3/8" diameter combination edge and center finder helps you locate work on your mill. The edge finder end has a 0.200" diameter cylinder to quickly find the edge of a work piece. The center finder end tapers to a point to locate holes. The edge and center finder is hardened and ground all over. The edge and center finder is furnished with a quality vinyl case.

It doesn't get easier than this! With traditional edge and center finders, you need to back off from the original point and calculate the beginning point or the center point, but not any more. With the Laser Edge finder, simply chuck it up and align the laser with center punch mark or the edge of your workpiece or holding device. It can also be used in the lathe tailstock to align work in the 4-jaw chuck or to re-align the lathe tailstock after cutting a taper.

You can think of this gauge much like an adjustable parallel. Attach a carbide scriber and you have an unbeatable height gage for comparison measuring with test indicators, or as a surface gage for scribing. Hardened and ground, forged steel. Use this gauge on its side or on its base. Includes 3” extension.

This is a time-saving accessory for edge finders with a 3/8" shank. The collet adapter allows quick installation and removal of the edge finder, eliminating the need for collet changes on Bridgeports and similar machines. It can be used with any attachment with a 3/8" shank. The progressive steps are 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1". Step depths vary from .100" to .200".

The dial test indicator is much more accurate than a dial indicator, but over a much smaller range of travel. It measures to 0.0005” but travels only 0.030” (I 0.015 from the zero point). The tip rotates a total of 2400 (120º I) for flexible setup. Useful for turning and milling operation. Includes fitted case and two clamping rods.

Use this indicator to quickly center workpieces or fixtures on your mill. The measuring range is 0.25". The shank is 0.375" diameter and 0.75" long. The indicator is 5.5" long from the top of the shank to the bottom of the tip holder (the black part). Can measure internal diameters from 0.12" to 4.25" and external diameters from zero to 4.25". This set includes: Indicator body, restraining rod (prevents rotation), spring-loaded center-point feeler, three straight feelers (for IDs), three curved feelers (for ODs).

This punch has a lightweight, knurled, aluminum handle for a positive grip and easy handling. No hammer is required! A common use of the transfer punch is when using a template to mark the location and size of a hole to be drilled. The process in simple: match the size hole with the corresponding size punch. The point of the transfer punch is dead center to the hole. You can then use a hammer to make an indentation in the workpiece.

This scriber's tungsten carbide tip will scratch lines in most metals - even hardened tool steel - and is the perfect tool for scribing lines in layout ink.

Before making a line to lay out your work, brush this highly-visible blue ink on your workpiece. Let dry, then use a scriber to mark the layout lines on your work. The lines scribed in ink are easier to see than lines scratched into metal, and it's easier to remove layout ink from parts by washing in solvent or using Dykem remover than it is to polish outlines scribed in metal. 8 oz with brush in cap.
