Rotary Table Tailstock

Support your work with this tailstock when using your rotary table in the vertical position. Perfect to use when indexing a cylindrical workpiece.

Rotary Table

Drill holes and bolt-hole patterns, mill intersecting slots and curved slots precisely. Includes worm drive hand wheel with Vernier ring for 4-degree table movement per turn, four T-slot ways, and two table clamp handles for stability. Main body mounts horizontally and vertically. 6” table is 3-1/4” high with MT2 bore and takes 7/16" T-Slots (35-105). The 8” table needs 1/2” T-slot nuts (35-110) and has a MT3 bore.

MT3 Collets

Pull these collets up into your millhead spindle with a drawbar. As the collet pulls up, it tightens around the piece you're mounting. Use with 3/8” drawbar. Item K99-270 Collet Kit includes all listed collets.

Dividing Plates

Add a dividing plate to your rotary table and super indexer to mill slots or drill holes at any equal increment. 2 Plates included.

R-8 Collet

These collets mount and center-tools quickly. Tooling ends have a shaft keyway and flare to center the collet in the quill. Use collets with 7/16” drawbar. Kit includes one of each size.

CNC Rotary Table

Can be used with 4th axis control. 8" model built with either stepper or servo motor control. Gears are adjustable to remove backlash. Requires 4th axis controller and cable.

52 Piece Clamp Kit

Use this 52-piece clamp set to hold down practically any shaped workpiece to the milling table. Set includes: 24 studs, 4 each of 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 7” and 8”, Six pair of no-slip step blocks, 6 t-nuts, 6 flanged nuts, 4 coupling nuts and a holding case.

Spring Collet Set

Run spring collets in the millhead, tailstock, or headstock of your Midas series machine. Insert a spring collet and tighten with the safety wrench. Chuck holder head is 3” long and 2-1/2” in diameter. Set includes collet chuck with MT3 shank, 15 spring collets (1/8-1”), and a safety wrench. Requires 7/16” drawbar.

Drill Chuck Arbor

Drill chuck arbor. 3 Morse taper to 33 Jacobs taper. This arbor uses a drawbar with a 3/8"-16 thread.

Superlock Vise With Swivel Base

Our best milling vise with precision machined surfaces holds your work securely. Comes complete with swivel vise and mounting hardware. Three-inch has jaws 3-3/16” wide and 1” deep with 3” opening. Four-inch has jaws 4” wide and 1-3/8” deep with a 4” opening.
