You can move and set up the operator work station to fit your needs. Locate the work station on either side of the machine and at an angle that suits your needs. Heavy duty tool storage with roller bearing drawers keeps your tooling close and convenient.

Built - in Machine Programming Wizards
Common programming tasks are easier to do
Simply select the wizard that represents the pattern you wish to machine. The user interface will then prompt you, in a conversational manner, to select the dimensions and sizes required to machine your desired geometric pattern. It will also prompt you to select tools, tool paths and speeds of travel.

When you are finished the Wizard will generate the G-Code required to machine your selected dimensions. You can string together the output of several Wizards to make a complete CNC part program.

This method can save time effort and is especially helpful if you are still an inexperienced CNC machinist.

Adjust Wizards for Beginner or Advanced Mode
Match your current machine programming ability
When in the beginner mode you are asked a greater number and wider variety of questions during the process of building the file. You make decisions when prompted at each step and move through each step, following the Wizards preset order, by pressing the next button.

Data entered into files while working in the Beginner mode automatically transfer to the advanced mode when you decide to make the switch.

Multiple Programming Aids

The system will record historical machine movement data in real time and display the data in order to know if there is any difference between the actual motion and the desired motion. This function is very usefull while in troubleshooting/debugging mode.

Full Networking Capabilities
Easily Connect to LANs
The control system can be easily integrated into local area networks via a standard Ethernet connection. An IP address is obtained from the local DHCP server, or optionally a static IP address can be assigned. Once connected, access is provided to network attached storage, Windows shared folders and the Internet (if available).

Flexible Communications Options
Two USB Ports on the Operator Panel
In addition to the Ethernet connection, two USB ports are available on the control panel for connections to flash memory devices, portable hard drives and portable CDROM drives. Part programs can be copied to and from these drives or run directly off the external storage media.
