If you need to measure a thread pitch on an existing piece or check your threading skills, this is your tool. Line up the piece you are checking with the appropriate thread pitch blade and it's that simple. Gauges have 30 blades, each with a different thread pitch. Inch gauge measures pitches from 4 to 40 and the metric gauge measures pitches from .25 to 3.00 mm.
A handy tool for setting thread-cutting tools and measuring tools. Align the 60° point, or one of the three 60° notches, to your tool bit to assure correct cutting angle and accuracy. This gauge also has etched graduations in 14ths, 20ths, 24ths and 32nds for determining number of threads per inch.

Dial indicators are essential for accurate machining. Use this dial indicator with 0.001" graduations to position or align workpieces before machining. Equipped with rotating face (bezel), bezel lock, and clamp to easily attach to Smithy's magnetic base, 20-000.
This 6 piece telescoping gauge measures inside diameters from 5/16" to 6" quickly and easily. Simply insert the gauge into the hole and turn the knob. The plungers expand from the middle until they touch the sides. Measurements are then made with a micrometer or caliper.
This set consists of a steel rule, a square head, a center, and a protractor head. You will need them all for general measurements or initial layout. The 12-inch steel rule is calibrated to a 32nd of an inch and mm. The square head will measure 60° to 45° angles, or lines parallel to an edge. The protractor head measures to 1° accuracy. Both the square and protractor heads are equipped with bubble levels. The center head is used for locating the center of any round workpiece.
Use this indicator to quickly center workpieces or fixtures on your mill. The measuring range is 0.25". The shank is 0.375" diameter and 0.75" long. The indicator is 5.5" long from the top of the shank to the bottom of the tip holder (the black part). Can measure internal diameters from 0.12" to 4.25" and external diameters from zero to 4.25". This set includes: Indicator body, restraining rod (prevents rotation), spring-loaded center-point feeler, three straight feelers (for IDs), three curved feelers (for ODs).
A common use of the transfer punch is when using a template to mark the location and size of a hole to be drilled. The process in simple: match the size hole with the corresponding size punch. The point of the transfer punch is dead center to the hole. You can then use a hammer to make an indentation in the workpiece.
