To apply for Smithy Credit through TD Retail, download and complete the application for the plan that works best for you. When you have completed your application, you can fax it to Smithy at 800-431-8892. Or scan and email it to sales@smithy.com. Please note which machine you are interested in when submitting your application.

This 8.9% interest rate is a promotional APR that is set up for making equal payments. The promotional APR will apply to the purchase during the promotional period. The minimum payment requirement is based on an equal number of payments and includes interest. After the promotional offer period expires, interest will be charged at the APR for purchases on any remaining balance until paid in full. Promotional Transaction Fee: A Promotional Fee will be added to your account for this transaction. There are not penalties for early pay off but this is subject to change and should be verified with your Smithy Sales Technician.
Additional General Information:
The Patriot Act, requires two forms of id to be presented with your application that shows your legal name. A drivers license or passport is required for one id and the other id can be anything that shows your name matching to your driver's license or passport. If you are applying as a joint applicant, both applicants are required to present ids. Please have ids ready with your application.
If you are approved for credit, you will be required to submit your original credit application to our location at: Smithy Company 170 Aprill Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. A credit card called the Yard Card will be mailed to you by TD Retail within 10 days of your approval.

If, for any reason within that time, you decided to return your Smithy, just call our Customer Service department at 1-800-476-4849. We will help you arrange shipping back to us. When we recieve the machine back, we'll refund your full purchase price. Please note: return shipping charge from improper repacking is your responsibility.
Full 2 Year Warranty
Smithy 3-in-1 Machines are warranted for two full years against defects in materials and workmanship. During that time, Smithy will Replace any defective parts that are returned to our warehouse, free of charge. Upon receipt of the defective parts, Smithy technicians will arrange with you to send replacement parts immediately. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation of are damaged through negligence on the part of the operator nor does ir cover consequential damages resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
