SHIPPING RECIEPT

When you receive your merchandise, inspect it carefully. If you suspect damage, please note on the delivery receipt and retain all original packaging. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-476-4849 and we will resolve the matter with you.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date and must be marked with a return authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Please note, return shipping and packaging are your responsibilities. Please keep your original shipping container for at least 30 days. Smithy Company cannot take responsibility for damage incurred to merchandise after you've signed for it in good condition.
