SHIPPING RECIEPT

When you receive your merchandise, inspect it carefully. If you suspect damage, please note on the delivery receipt and retain all original packaging. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-476-4849 and we will resolve the matter with you.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days of the day you sign for receipt of the machine and must be arranged with our Customer Service Department. Please note: return shipping and packaging are your responsibilities. Please keep your original shipping container for at least 30 days. Smithy Industries cannot take responsibility for damage incurred to merchandise after you've signed for it in good condition.
